How to Raise a Complaint

A tree removal provider working safely on a large tree beside a home in Vestavia Hills

Last updated: October 2026

Gamerandomizer Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Gamerandomizer Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work at your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Gamerandomizer Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@gamerandomizer.bar and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which can include speaking with the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Still Feel Unheard

If our answer leaves you unhappy, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems involving licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
